②施工單位在對銅芯電線(xiàn)示蹤線(xiàn)進(jìn)行連接時(shí),使用一般電工膠布纏繞連接,有些甚至采用透明膠帶進(jìn)行纏繞連接,經(jīng)現場(chǎng)實(shí)踐檢驗,此種連接處理方式連接不牢固,強度不高,且無(wú)法起到有效的防水絕緣作用,經(jīng)過(guò)一段時(shí)間地下水滲入會(huì )造成此處信號損失,影響日后PE燃氣管道管位檢測及管網(wǎng)運行管理工作。

銅包鋼有專(zhuān)用接頭器,例如旋緊接頭器、三通接頭器,且連接強度高,只要施工人員將接頭處處理合格,就有很好的防水絕緣效果,有利于延長(cháng)示蹤線(xiàn)的使用壽命。盡管銅包鋁也有專(zhuān)用接頭器,但是由于銅與鋁的化學(xué)活性差異較大,一旦接頭防腐處理不好,被土壤中的液體侵濕,會(huì )形成原電池,進(jìn)而加速銅包鋁示蹤線(xiàn)發(fā)生電化學(xué)腐蝕,一般1~2a內就會(huì )完全腐蝕斷掉,從而失去示蹤作用。

③銅芯電線(xiàn)的防腐保護層為PVC材料,其防水、防腐功能較好,但PVC材質(zhì)容易老化,使示蹤線(xiàn)使用壽命縮短;銅包鋼與銅包鋁的外防腐層為聚乙烯材質(zhì),即與PE管為同一材質(zhì),在具備了較好的防水性、防腐性的前提下,保證了與一起敷設的PE管道具有相同的使用壽命。

④理論上示蹤線(xiàn)只要能夠連通導電即可,但實(shí)際的燃氣工程施工中,選擇示蹤線(xiàn)要考慮到需要有一定的抗拉強度,如果示蹤線(xiàn)強度不夠,往往會(huì )在管道回填土或地面有下沉時(shí)被拉斷而失去作用。在施工的過(guò)程中,難免會(huì )出現示蹤線(xiàn)被拉斷的現象,因此,選擇示蹤線(xiàn)時(shí)不僅應考慮探測信號的強弱,也要考慮示蹤線(xiàn)自身材質(zhì)的強度,以減少施工中出現拉斷問(wèn)題。
