一、管線(xiàn)標志樁

1、 Pipeline marker pile

管道沿線(xiàn)設置的標志樁是直觀(guān)、有效的向人們傳遞管道保護信息的載體。高壓天然氣管道的標志樁,地上部分高度超1m（如圖1所示），上面包含管線(xiàn)的權屬單位名稱(chēng)、管道的走向、聯(lián)系電話(huà)等信息。標志樁一般在轉角位置與較為重要顯眼的部位埋設，沿著(zhù)標志樁可以掌握大致的管線(xiàn)位置與走向?？吹綐酥緲镀渌镜牡叵鹿芫€(xiàn)沿線(xiàn)5m范圍是禁止動(dòng)土開(kāi)挖的，如有交叉施工或臨近的緊急情況請撥打樁上的聯(lián)系電話(huà)。

The marker stakes set up along the pipeline are a visual and effective carrier for conveying pipeline protection information to people. The marker post for high-pressure natural gas pipelines has a height of over 1m above ground (as shown in Figure 1), which includes information such as the name of the pipeline's owner, pipeline direction, and contact phone number. Sign stakes are usually buried at corners and prominent areas, and along the sign stakes, one can roughly grasp the position and direction of the pipeline. It is prohibited to excavate the underground pipeline within a 5m range along the marked pile. If there is cross construction or adjacent emergency situations, please call the contact phone number on the pile.

二、通信管線(xiàn)標志樁

通信管線(xiàn)標志樁用于指示高壓天然氣管線(xiàn)的通信光纜位置，通信光纜采用硅管，部分非開(kāi)挖采用PE套管保護，內含獨立光纜用于站內通信數據傳輸與應急響應。通信標志樁約0.5米高，上面包含管線(xiàn)的權屬單位，管線(xiàn)走向以及聯(lián)系電話(huà)等。通信光纜對于管線(xiàn)運行意義重大，如果造成以外破壞將對管線(xiàn)運營(yíng)造成較大影響。

The communication pipeline marker post is used to indicate the position of communication optical cables for high-pressure natural gas pipelines. The communication optical cables are made of silicon pipes, and some non excavation parts are protected by PE sleeves. It contains independent optical cables for communication data transmission and emergency response within the station. The communication marker post is about 0.5 meters high and contains the ownership unit of the pipeline, pipeline direction, and contact phone number. Communication optical cables are of great significance for pipeline operation, and if external damage is caused, it will have a significant impact on pipeline operation.

三、管線(xiàn)警示牌

3、 Pipeline warning signs

管線(xiàn)警示牌為通體黃色，地上高度1.5m左右，主要安置于重要的過(guò)河過(guò)路環(huán)節，警示牌上顯示了警示標語(yǔ)【下有天然氣管線(xiàn)，禁止挖掘、打樁、明火，若有施工作業(yè)請事先聯(lián)系】、以紅線(xiàn)描述管線(xiàn)在地下的走線(xiàn)、權屬單位名稱(chēng)、聯(lián)系電話(huà)等。另一種不銹鋼管線(xiàn)警示牌（如圖4所示）為白底紅字，主要放置在管線(xiàn)易出現交叉的重點(diǎn)部位與路口，警示內容包括【嚴禁在天然氣高壓管道沿線(xiàn)兩側各5米地域范圍內開(kāi)挖、種植深根植物、鉆洞穿越、輾壓、動(dòng)火、爆破作業(yè)等各類(lèi)危險行為】、權屬單位名稱(chēng)、聯(lián)系電話(huà)等。

The pipeline warning sign is yellow throughout the body, with a height of about 1.5m above ground. It is mainly installed in important river crossing links. The warning sign displays warning slogans such as "There are natural gas pipelines below, excavation, piling, and open flames are prohibited. Another type of stainless steel pipeline warning sign (as shown in Figure 4) is a white background with red letters, mainly placed in key areas and intersections where pipeline intersections are prone to occur. The warning content includes: excavation, planting of deep rooted plants, drilling through holes, rolling, hot work, blasting operations, and other dangerous behaviors are strictly prohibited within a range of 5 meters on each side of the natural gas high-pressure pipeline. The name and contact phone number of the ownership unit are also included.

四、管線(xiàn)陰保樁

4、 Pipeline cathodic protection pile

管線(xiàn)陰保樁是埋設在管線(xiàn)附近，對管道進(jìn)行保護的重要附件。他既可以保護管道的防腐層，也能用于線(xiàn)路的檢測，是天然氣管線(xiàn)的重要附件之一。陰保樁為金屬材質(zhì)，顏色為黃色，樁頂部扁平處有不銹鋼標牌，上面印有相關(guān)編號與里程號。樁身上有一扇小門(mén)，里面的線(xiàn)纜與管道相連。

He can not only protect the anti-corrosion layer of pipelines, but also be used for line inspection, and is one of the important accessories of natural gas pipelines. The cathodic protection pile is made of metal material and has a yellow color. There is a stainless steel sign on the flat top of the pile, which is printed with the relevant number and mileage number. There is a small door on the pile body, and the cables inside are connected to the pipeline.

五、管線(xiàn)過(guò)河指示牌

5、 Pipeline crossing sign

管線(xiàn)大型重要指示牌主要放置在管線(xiàn)穿越重要河流的兩岸，其警示內容包括：【禁止在穿越河流的管道兩側500米地域范圍內進(jìn)行疏浚、修筑碼頭，拋拖錨、挖泥沙、打樁、采石、水下爆破等各類(lèi)違規作業(yè)】、聯(lián)系電話(huà)、權屬單位名稱(chēng)等。高壓天然氣管線(xiàn)穿越河流的安全等級較高，指示牌主要放置在顯眼位置，如有臨近的施工，需要提前進(jìn)行對接。

The warning content includes: "Dredging, building docks, throwing and dragging anchors, digging mud and sand, piling, quarrying, underwater blasting and other illegal operations are prohibited within a 500 meter area on both sides of the pipeline crossing the river." Contact phone number, name of the owner unit, etc. The safety level of high-pressure natural gas pipelines crossing rivers is relatively high, and signs are mainly placed in prominent positions. If there is nearby construction, it is necessary to connect in advance.

六、管線(xiàn)警示帶

6、 Pipeline warning tape

根據要求，開(kāi)挖敷設的高壓天然氣管線(xiàn)需在管線(xiàn)正上方鋪設警示帶警示帶為寬度約0.5m，顏色為警示黃色，警示帶上內容包括禁止挖掘的警示標語(yǔ)、管線(xiàn)權屬單位名稱(chēng)以及聯(lián)系電話(huà)。為了保護天然氣管線(xiàn)的安全，如果現場(chǎng)開(kāi)挖發(fā)現管線(xiàn)警示帶，需要立刻停止施工并撥打其上方所寫(xiě)的聯(lián)系電話(huà)進(jìn)行確認，等待專(zhuān)業(yè)人員到場(chǎng)確認后再按要求進(jìn)行施工。

According to the requirements, a warning tape with a width of about 0.5m and a color of yellow should be laid directly above the high-pressure natural gas pipeline during excavation. The content of the warning tape includes warning slogans prohibiting excavation, the name of the pipeline owner, and the contact phone number. In order to protect the safety of natural gas pipelines, if a warning tape is found during on-site excavation, construction needs to be stopped immediately and the contact phone number written above should be dialed for confirmation. Construction can only be carried out as required after professional personnel arrive to confirm.
